Outdoor PoE camera · configuration is camera plus an existing LAN, compatible NVR or computer for local viewing.

Subscription / storage: Local microSD, NVR and FTP recording modes are documented; microSD is not included. Cloud services are separate.
Account / setup: Reolink distinguishes local devices from account-bound devices. Local-device access does not need a Reolink account. PoE cameras can be connected directly to a computer without internet; remote WAN access is unavailable offline.
Recording / playback: Manufacturer support lists recording to SD and local playback over LAN without internet. This is not a claim about what happens after power or LAN loss.
Recording mode / hardware: Product page lists continuous, motion-triggered and scheduled modes. Power-over-Ethernet; the PoE switch/injector and storage card are not represented as included here.

Reolink E1 Pro

Indoor Wi-Fi camera · keep the camera powered and the phone on the same local network for local playback.

Subscription / storage: microSD and compatible Reolink NVR storage are listed; the card is sold separately. No subscription is required for those local storage options.
Account / setup: Local-device mode does not need a Reolink account. Reolink's Wi-Fi camera setup guidance says initial setup uses internet; later local access can use the LAN.
Recording / playback: Product documentation says footage remains on microSD during network outages. Reolink's offline matrix confirms local playback over LAN for its non-battery Wi-Fi cameras.
Recording mode / hardware: Motion-triggered or continuous recording; continuous recording support depends on exact hardware and settings. microSD is not included; camera needs power adapter.

Indoor/outdoor plug-in camera · offline scheduled microSD recording is documented.

Subscription / storage: Wyze says its microSD local recording works without a security plan. Card is optional/additional; cloud plan features are separate.
Account / setup: Wyze app setup starts with creating or signing into a Wyze account and joining Wi-Fi. The setup instructions do not establish whether every setup step needs internet access, so that field remains “not confirmed.”
Recording / playback: Wyze lists Cam v4 among cameras that can continue scheduled microSD recording without Wi-Fi, with power. The official docs retrieved did not confirm app playback during a WAN outage; insert the card into a computer for separate file access.
Recording mode / hardware: Continuous or event-only microSD schedules are described for Wyze local recording. Power is required while recording; card is not included as standard equipment.

A wired-camera and NVR system, not a camera-only setup. Judge the full recorder configuration.

Subscription / storage: The product page lists an N910A62 recorder with 2 TB local storage and no monthly storage fee. This is a system-level feature; the cameras alone do not provide the NVR storage.
Account / setup: Account need for local NVR setup was not established by the public product documents checked.
Recording / playback: Lorex states this wired camera + NVR system can record without internet. It requires power and a working camera-to-recorder connection. Offline playback through the recorder's local display was not explicit in the sources captured, so marked not confirmed.
Recording mode / hardware: The product page identifies an N910A62 recorder and E863SD wired cameras with a 2 TB drive; remote app access requires internet. Confirm the exact bundle contents before purchase because package configuration can change.

How to read this page: A confirmed “yes” applies to the stated model or model family and the setup shown. “Not confirmed” is not a no. Internet loss is distinct from router/Wi-Fi loss, local-network loss and power loss. A local microSD recording claim does not promise that an app works when offline. Verify the exact hardware version, plan and bundle before buying.
